We accept Visa, Master Card, Checks and Paypal. A $25.00 charge on all returned checks. Massachusetts Residents add 5% sales tax.

Items not in stock will be back ordered, unless you advise otherwise.

We ship US Postal Service or UPS whichever is best. We charge actual shipping cost.

Call or E-Mail regarding our minimum order for Wholesale on our Basket Lamps. You must have a valid tax ID Number to order Wholesale. Allow 3 to 6 weeks delivery on large Wholesale orders. On Retail orders allow 1 to 3 weeks. Remember all Baskets and Basket Lamps are hand-woven and the Shades are handcrafted.

Satisfaction guaranteed. Returns are accepted on all items, except Patterns. Returns must be authorized and accompanied with a copy of the corresponding invoice. No returns after 30 days. Any shortage must be reported within 10 days. If you receive damaged items, keep the box and shipping material for possible Postal or UPS inspection. Notify us immediately.
